I used American Leak Detection twice recently, both times the work was performed by John Lyon.

The first job was finding the leak in my upstairs shower that was coming thru the kitchen ceiling. John used many different techniques to carefully check and find the leak.

The second job was finding the leak in my main water service line to the house. Again John used excellent techniques to find this leak.

In both of these cases, John communicated with me explaining what he was doing, and what he found. I would absolutely recommend American Leak Detection to find these hard to find leaks.

We had a water leak between the street and the front of our house. My water bill almost doubled in one month. Ryan W. Came out dropped a brand new water line in for us and new shut offs that were easier to get to. He was great to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him or Lovett in the future.

My property management company uses this Plumbing Service and the gentlemen they sent out of repair our dish disposal was quick, kind, and respectful. He called about 40 minutes prior to let me know we was on his way and made short work of the task at hand. He also was kind to my pet which I thought was very nice. Would recommend if you have a very old disposal that's acting up.
