David was very responsive and professional. Our water heater had a leak from the top and we were unable to completely shut off the main water line. David helped us shut off the main water line and installed a brand new water heater for us within the same day. Thankful for his quick response and answering all questions we have. While the job was being done, they kept me well informed of what was happening and of what would need to be done afterwards, and they worked hard to make sure things were cleaned up and I was happy. You might find a plumber who will quote you a lower price, but the peace of mind that things are done right and won't fail was worth the small premium.
