Nick is truly amazing. I called Pacific Crest Plumbing for help installing a new drain assembly in my pedestal sink. It seemed like a pretty straight forward job, but I was struggling to access the pipes behind the base of the pedestal sink. I thought I was going to have to remove the pedestal sink, which was more than I wanted to take on by myself. When I called Pacific Crest, Nick let me know that he had retired but nonetheless asked me what I needed help with and told me that, because he loves plumbing, he'd be happy to answer any questions I have. This was exactly what I needed. This is the first time I've tried to do basic plumbing, so I'm learning as I go. I've been learning from YouTube videos and online reading. Nick explained the basics of my project and helped me troubleshoot some issues, while also giving his opinion on the cost range to hire a plumber and some plumber recommendations. With the new info Nick gave me, I decided to give my project one more shot, and it worked! I got the drain installed and there doesn't appear to be leaks. Thank you, Nick! We had a last minute need and Lovett sent out Jason to check it out. It was late on a Friday, yet he squeezed into an old, overgrown crawl space to assess our issue without any hesitation or complaints. Very professional and I am glad we called them.
