I was very pleased with Pro Fleet NW's service. They showed up at their appointed time. After they inspected the drainage pipe underneath my house, they promptly gave me a reasonable quote for fixing it and were able to take care of the problem the same day. They were very polite and explained what they were going to do in a language a layman could understand. I would call them if I needed plumbing help again.

Hot water heater will quit on a Friday afternoon. Called Cornel's and Jordan arrived within 30 minutes for assessment. A 20 year old tank would obviously need to be replaced, but had to wait until Monday to install. They quote a set price with everything included, and a much appreciated military discount. I didn't bother to call any other companies since we just wanted to replace this without hassle of going through many calls and delays. Steve and Jordan arrived Monday within the window they scheduled, had the old unit out, new unit installed and everything cleaned up within an hour. They are both very friendly, a great team, work well together, and I watched the entire operation. Highly recommend. Old and new water heater photos included.

Came in our home without a mask. I tild him I just had surgery and he didn't care. Was super load and constantly spoke over us when we tried to explain anything. Very erragant. Needs to be a lot more professional.
