Space where the furnace was is too tight. Needs to bring in someone smaller to do furnace maintenance.Justin came and did the job. He was able to fit into a very tight space in the attic and completed the maintenance on my furnace. He was clear on what he found and explained what our options were. He has my highest recommendation.

I have never experienced such a horrible person when contacting this company. He was rude and condescending and literally told me how dare I reach out to him on a holiday weekend. If you cannot deal with customers, regardless of the date, find a receptionist who knows how to speak to people with respect and dignity or maybe wait till your precious holiday weekend is over to return a phone call. I will not use this company again strictly based on how I was spoken to. I don't know who you are to the company but you should learn to speak to people like an adult.
