Best Water Damage Restoration in Plano TX

Its never fun when you have to deal with a clogged sewage drain but Joshua and Sean knocked out the clog in no time and it was not an easy task. There are some jobs you really should call the pros on and mine was absolutely one of them. I live in a 1947 pier and beam home and the pipes are not the greatest. I always call Roto Rooter because they are quick to respond and efficient. They include the camera in the pricing so it was nice to see what the problem was. Joshua Ballard was FANTASTIC. He was curteous, kind and professional. I am not sure if you can make requests for certain people but if you can try to get Joshua Ballard for the roto rooter and Sean Priest for the camera run, DO IT. Those guys are the dream team for stressful situations like mine. They both went above and beyond! They were more than fair with the pricing and they did a fantastic job. They educated me and explained things very well while working in this Texas heat. I cannot say enough, how fantastic these guys were and I HIGHLY recommend Roto Rooter. If I need them again I will definitely call! Thanks again to Joshua and Sean for all the help and making a nasty situation pleasant! :)

I had the worst experience with this team. I called in and scheduled a 2 hour slot in the morning for next day appointment. Within 2 hours, i called in and asked whether we can reschedule 2 days after my original appointment because i was expecting a Chandelier and wanted to complete installation of the same along with other work. Also i asked whether the hourly rate would come down if the work takes more than 3 or 4 hours

The person on the phone acted like he didn't understand my request and i had to explain multiple times. He suddenly started with the abusive language and i asked him whether is this the way you treat your customer. He continued and disconnected the phone. When i followed up with an email, i got the reply stating that i used the abusive language.

I have recorded the whole conversation and it is pretty evident. I would never use their services. Let wanted the people to know.
