We didn't think we would be able to get anyone out here because we are low priority right now due to how bad everyone was affected by the big winter storm, so I was happy they were able to get us in. The service has been VERY professional and expedient. I had a back-up issue and Roto-Rooter came 3 times within a couple of hours even on the holiday weekend to help me. They used the camera and found the problem and went to work the next morning to repair. We found out the junction of the pipes under the house was buried in the concrete beam and they stayed well into the night for a few days until the repairs were done and use of the water in my home was restored. Then a few hours into the next morning they are here now filling the hole and concreting.
I am very impressed with their kindness and willingness to help me get through this.
They said this kind of problem is rare and several extra people were needed to figure out the conglomeration of old outdated pipes and re-configure the whole system. They hardly made a mess which I expected from past experiences with foundation problems.
AND... they stuck with the original bid even though it was certainly above and beyond as far as hours worked and the complicated issues that came up- including getting extra parts after-hours and a promise to come whenever I call to put the 2nd toilet back in.
I highly recommend Roto-Rooter and I will continue to be a loyal customer. Thanks Sooooo much to the fabulous Crews and for the Great 5 star service!!!!
