Fantastic work by Diego on what turned out to be a complex multiday project after an undetected dishwasher hose leak. I appreciated the explanations and options I was given along the way, as well as the attention to detail. Worth noting the company does work hourly instead of doing upfront project estimates, but I definitely felt I got everything I needed done for a very good price.

Marcus Shoemaker was the technician who came out to locate leaks in my drain system. Even though the outcome is going to be very costly to repair, with any company, Marcus was very courteous and helpful in explaining the issues that we now face in repairing the 2 leaks found. Thank you Marcus all your help and for being very professional.

Contacted Anthony Morgan on November 19 th to come and do a hookup of all my plumbing after having new countertops installed. He set up an appointment for November 23 rd, he was great! Anthony was great about communicating about arrival time, as well as what my options were, and the cost involved. The work was performed in a timely manner, the area was cleaned up, and works perfectly. I will definitely be using him again in the future....

They came out to my house and fixed our water heater in a day with a reasonable price. They didn't try to upsell me with anything or high pressure me.

So they just hang up the phone on you, I asked information about cost and installation and told him he was the first one I contacted and he just hung up on me. Elite? Not so sure.
