We had a very good experience with this company. Chris did everything he said he would and more. The only reason I will not give 5 stars is because of the way their office treated us. I am giving 4 stars because once there was a problem, Richard came out and straightened everything out. I will and I am planning on using them again. To Chris and Richard, Thank you for helping us through a mess.

My tech, Dillon was prompt, quick and got the job done without any issues. He came in, determined the problem and fixed it. It you call this company, ask for Dillon. He'll get the job done right the first time.

Jacob was professional and efficient. He and his team came in, assessed the old water heater and had a plan to replace with a reasonable quote. They had a late afternoon appointment and were still able to do a same day install. We will be using the GO plumbing services from now on.
