Best Heating Problems in Plano TX

When we woke up to a notice on our door that there was a gas leak and on our property thus, needing to turn off our gas, we had no idea who to call. I hopped on Nextdoor and saw reviews from other and decided to give The Plumbing Pros a try.

Let me just say, Mike did NOT disappoint! He listened, he was more than on time and came out the same day! Not only was he able to fix our issue same day, he provided really valuable information about the process when it comes to things like this. Abel is our favorite Mr. Rooter plumber. We discovered on Labor Day that our kitchen/upstairs water heater was not heating so sent him a quick message. He was not on call but responded quickly with a possible fix and that was it! Abel is a very kind and knowledgeable plumber...highly recommend!

After discovering we had a leak in our front yard that was flowing down the street and not visible, my husband called several plumbers. Plano Plumbing & Leak called us back promptly, and scheduled an appointment to come out. They arrived on time, found the problem, communicated the next steps, and fixed the leak. They were fair, honest and reasonable. I highly recommend them!

So they just hang up the phone on you, I asked information about cost and installation and told him he was the first one I contacted and he just hung up on me. Elite? Not so sure.
