No show on the first day. No call back.

2nd day. They called and said they would be coming out. The afternoon ended with a no show.

3rd day no call.

I have to give my business to another hydrojet company.

They desperately need an office manager and a scheduling assistant or some way to accurately indicate when they will arrive.

Came out removed the toilet said something was stuck in the toilet could not tell me what it was. Charged us 214. 00 to remove the toilet was onsite 1 hour and 15 min. Local Call in wylie. And I still have to buy another toilet cause we still don't know. Not impressed with this company at all.

On Thanksgiving morning, I was loading-up the car to drive the family down to Austin for a long weekend with the Aunts & Uncles. But I looked-up and saw a mystery leak coming through the garage ceiling. I say mystery because we have a bedroom above the garage, but there is no bath plumbing anywhere near where the water was coming from. Guess who came over to diagnose the problem on Thanksgiving morning? The owner himself.

Robert was very responsive and quickly came out when we had a plumbing issue at our home. He took the time to carefully investigate what the issue was and he explained it to me so well. I appreciated that very much as he took time to tell me what the problem was and what the options were to solve and repair the problem. He completed his work and he was so kind to explain all of it to me. If I have any other plumbing issues, I will call them again, it is an honest and caring company.

Mr. Rooter's did a fantastic job fixing our water heater that was blown from a lightning strike. They were professional, responsive and quick to resolve the issue. They also were able to set expectation and fix our water heater that same day when they came out. I will be using them again in the future and recommend them to anyone in
