Best Fixture Upgrades in Plano TX

I have been a Devard's customer since I bought my house back in 2000 - they handle my HVAC, electrical, and plumbing work. They are a solid, caring company, and I will remain a customer as long as I live in their service area!

We recently moved and stan and chase fixed and updated multiple copper water lines for our bathroom. They also replaced the master toilet and installed new flappers on 3 others. They are efficient, have great prices, and are so nice. We have used them for years and will never use anyone else.

Aaron was great! He took time to thoroughly diagnose potential problems, explain everything he found, and walk us through what needed to be done prospectively. Pricing very reasonable also. Overall great experience!

Once again Legacy Plumbing has demonstrated why I will be a lifetime customer. Been a customer for a few years now. Tech Mike came out on Monday 8/5 to service intermittent issue of gurgling toilet while showering. He was awesome! Very nice and professional and educated me on some things. He was thorough and let me look into the camera that he ran through the pipes and kept me informed every step of the way with everything he was doing. So happy to know no tree root issues were present as that was my major concern. Seriously DFW metroplex....Legacy Plumbing should be your plumbers of choice. You won't need any others after them!

Sam was awesome! His team came in, diagnose the problem, brought any new tank and installed it in less than 30 minutes. Will definitely use the plumbing house again for both business and personal. Thanks guys.

I had the worst experience with this team. I called in and scheduled a 2 hour slot in the morning for next day appointment. Within 2 hours, i called in and asked whether we can reschedule 2 days after my original appointment because i was expecting a Chandelier and wanted to complete installation of the same along with other work. Also i asked whether the hourly rate would come down if the work takes more than 3 or 4 hours

The person on the phone acted like he didn't understand my request and i had to explain multiple times. He suddenly started with the abusive language and i asked him whether is this the way you treat your customer. He continued and disconnected the phone. When i followed up with an email, i got the reply stating that i used the abusive language.

I have recorded the whole conversation and it is pretty evident. I would never use their services. Let wanted the people to know.

We have used this company twice. I really like them. They are honest and fair with pricing. All the plumbers I’ve dealt with have been very professional and pleasant.

Excellent service! Highly recommend this company. I used several companies before I found someone who knew what the issue was and didn't try to sell me on some crazy unneeded fixes.
