Best Electrical Heating in Plano TX

Our AC system went out in the heat of summer, so I called Devard's because I had heard so many good things about them. Carlos and Farest came to inspect my system that same day. In our case because our system was 20 years old, the best thing to do was replace the outdoor unit. I knew I would have to do it one day. They were able to install the new unit within a couple days of my first call. The new efficient system actually lowered my electric bill and my home is much more comfortable now. I would recommend Devard's to anyone in the area for the quick response time, trusted customer service, and quality professional installation!

No show on the first day. No call back.

2nd day. They called and said they would be coming out. The afternoon ended with a no show.

3rd day no call.

I have to give my business to another hydrojet company.

They desperately need an office manager and a scheduling assistant or some way to accurately indicate when they will arrive.

Jack did the diagnostics on a shower pan leak in our master bedroom. He was very responsive and professional. He also did a slab leak reroute for us in 2013 and we were very pleased with his work. He helped us with the insurance claim process and made things as painless as possible.
