Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. I reached out to Legacy Plumbing regarding upstairs sinks not draining. They immediately called me back and scheduled the service for the next morning at a time that was convenient for me. I usually try to fix these kind of things myself but thankfully my wife talked me into calling a professional because the job turned out to be much bigger than I expected. It took Jose Cuellar Jr. about 2 1/2 hours to get them unclogged. He gave me a quote as soon as he arrived. Even though it took him much longer than expected he stuck with his quote. He even checked my water heater and water pressure while he was here. They were very professional starting with making the appointment and during the entire time Jose was here. I'll be calling them again if (when) I have another plumbing issue.
