Absolutely top shelf service. I called several times with tons of questions before committing & never did he tire of answering my questions. Very honest & up front. I was calling on behalf of a loved one who needed a new water heater & ended getting one myself as a preventive since mine was manufactured in 2009.
Both replacements were done in a timely, professional manner within the quoted price. I was quite impressed & that's not easy to do.

Technician arrived in a timely fashion, unstopped drain and left things in good order. The stoppage was in drain pipe from the front bathroom sink, at a distance several feet from sink, in drain pipe running under the house.
