I used Honest Renovators for my bathroom model. They were quite quick, and professional with the demo and clean up all the way through the rest of the project. Kayla was extremely helpful and quick to get back to me with all questions on booking jobs and were also flexible on handling invoices. Our 25+year old AC and furnace units quit working last week. We contacted TUDI Mechanical Service to see if it was repairable. They gave us information on several options for repair and for a new system. Within in days we had an appointment with a sales rep (Mr. August Wagner) who presented us with facts, options and no pressure to purchase! We decided the best option for us was to replace our AC and Heating units.
Within a week we had an appointment for the installation. Russ and Cody arrived at 7:30 am and began to remove our old system. Buy 2:30 we had a new heating and AC system up and running. We were impressed with Russ and Cody's knowledge, professionalism and kindness! Simply top notch.

I was incredibly impressed by his professionalism and thorough communication, as he took the time to make sure I understood everything and wasn't left in the dark about repairs, expenses, etc. It's hard to come by honest plumbers these days, but Tyler's efficient service exceeded my expectations! Wouldn't recommend anyone else!

Very professional.:40 minutes of total gentle labor plus 40 minutes of driving to pick up the piece and bring it back to install it. A small resistor, which should not cost more than a few dollars. Total: US$ 399. My bad, I should have asked the hourly rate.

The staff worked very diligently and even came back after the job was done to fix something. However, for the amount that we paid for the entire job to be done, the overall quality really disappointed us. The cement that was put into the basement was very rough, and there didn't seem to be an effort to smooth it out to the existing cement.
