We had Krupp Whitney re-line the sewer line at a house we purchased, and were so impressed that we've used them for several other projects. The owners, Nathan and Joe, have been so easy to deal with and quick to answer questions. One service tech, Edwin, has done several repairs for us and we've been so happy with his work. Even the guys who were here doing the re-lining were incredibly professional and answered any questions I had. My wife and I will always call Krupp Whitney when we need a plumber.

Perfection, Professional, Pure Happiness!!! Sullivan super service quoted me over $7000 for digging up the sewer line in the back of my basement. Roto rotor came said the problem is in front of basement quoted me over $9000. Over $16,000 for basement plumbing, sale the house and move became an option. I bought a snake, and a shopvac, for the last 4 years snaking and vac my basement 3 to 4 times a week. I put projects, events, and goals on hold because of this. I got an extra job, I decide I have to do this digging job myself. I looked for and tried any options. I saw Hydro jetting a couple years ago on internet. But no companies in Pittsburgh. I gave up searching and started saving $$$. Before buying my 1st pieces of equipment. I did one more internet search and found DAP Sewer Drain. You hear it, but I experience it. This man saved me Thousands of $$$$.
My whole basement sewer was blocked and clogged from the street to the back of the house. Amazing, DAP Blasted and cleaned out my whole basement line. He used his camera we found a hotel key card in the sewer line. The card was stuck diagonal in the pipes like a divide sign (). He obliterated that key card. My sewer line was really bad, this man had to use extra nozzles, extra pressure boost. Not only did it destroy any clogs, it cleaned inside of the pipes. Watching these man run from one drain to the other making progress. You can see this man enjoys his job and had fun. The smell in the house was the 1st thing I noticed. NO More sewage smell!!!!!! No Digging, no replacing. Perfection, looking thru the camera my pipe our perfect, clean, and clear of any buildup. Professional, great communication from the 1st conversation, text reminders, accurate timing. Pure Happiness, my worrying, my goals everything quick change. Hydro jetting is a must. This whole experience was like watching a tiktok or YouTube video, this man came and did his thing. Don’t call anybody else. Highly recommended. His work effort earned all my future business. I called around to a lot of places for quotes on a water heater replacement and these guys had the best rate by far. Dispatch was very pleasant to deal with, and Maryanne made sure I was on the schedule before the weekend so my daughter and I weren't without hot water until Monday. Brandon came out at the exact time dispatch said he would, and he was very polite and professional. He explained everything clearly and did not try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn't need which is more than could be said about a lot of competitors. There were absolutely no hidden fees or up charges, I paid exactly what was quoted. Brandon even gave some advice on possible issues with my chimney and things to look out for on my PVM. From start to finish, I really don't think it could've gone better. I'll absolutely be calling them for future work.

Had my ac installed by them and had some electrical work done. Both times it was quick and professional. I just had a package in the mail by them with some cookies and a thank you note for being their customer. That was very thoughtful!

Great experience with an honest company that solved a problem with a water temperature and pressure issue in the kitchen. Handled efficiently and professionally. The fee was very reasonable. Highly recommended and will not hesitate to call on them again for any plumbing needs I have in the future. We had looked for a plumber for a long time. Some groups saw the work we wanted done and never got back to us. Greater Pittsburgh Plumbing reviewed the scope of the work, ordered the parts, dedicated 3 workers, and got the job done on one of the hottest days of the summer. Gauge, Danny, and John shared the labor and did great work. They replaced two yard pumps sent in concrete, changed out two hose bibs, and placed another valve in our system so we could shut down service to an out building. It was a big job. They kept me updated on their progress and were nice, professional people doing a hard job with grace.

I had a small leak coming from my main water line and had previously been told by a competing plumbing business that in order to stop the leak I would need a full line replacement costing me thousands upon thousands of dollars. I was given this estimate after the competing business worker took a lazy 2 second look at the pipe and then charged me $100 for the visit.

It was a completely different experience when Brett from Orie showed up pleasant and on time last Tuesday. I showed him the leak, explaining the situation, hoping for a more reasonable solution. He thoroughly looked at the main water pipe and discovered that it was the shut off valve that was leaking from behind where it wasn't easy to see (originally believing that the leak was coming up from the cement floor). Brett explained that the shut off valve should be replaced. He then tightened the connection and the water stopped trickling instantly.

Since Brett was so sincere and explained the best option would be to replace the valve with a newer more modern one and in addition add a new filter and compression valve (something that wasn't caught in my inspection), I decided to schedule the service (and it was performed the very next day). Brett also suggested I have an overflow tank installed to extend the life of the hot water tank. I was impressed by his desire to provide the best solution possible and one that was well within my budget. Convinced by his sincerity, I brought up 2 more smaller plumbing issues that have been bugging me for months. Long story short Brett's work on the main water pipe and hot water tank was extraordinary and solid and he fixed my slowly dripping faucet and randomly running toilet. Both proved to be a tougher fix than first anticipated but Brett found a solid solution for each.

Extremely impressed by the service I received, I'm now about to schedule to have my old slightly broken shower fixture replaced. If you're looking for a reliable, reasonable and trust worthy plumbing company look no further than Orie.

We had an excellent experience with McNabb! Andrea was so helpful and worked to get someone to us same day to check our leaking water heater. Michael came that day and determined it would be best to do a replacement. He thoroughly explained our options and we were able to get an appointment for the next day to get our new tankless water heater. Noah and Anthony did the replacement work - they were extremely professional, efficient, kind, and did an awesome job!

Placed a call at 4:00, here by 5:45 Main Water Valve regulator replaced and out the door before 6:30. Fast, efficient, quality service, and reasonably priced!! Definitely highly recommend!!

Do not use them unless you want them not to show. Made an appointment for them to do work a week ago, they inform me the day of that I am not on the schedule… and when they do show up, they will accuse you of not paying them. With a different incident, I had work done previously and spoke with someone on the phone and arranged payment with them, and days later I receive an email being harassed that I did not pay them. Clearly unorganized and unprofessional.
