I found this service on Google and was able to set up a quick service appointment via text, which can also be done by phone. Everybody knows how stressful a plumbing situation can be, and many times, it can be very costly. Zoom Drain was able to work with me in terms of financing as I was in a bind. They made a call to their office, and I explained my needs; they worked with me to split the cost. Not only was that excellent customer service, but their quality of work was great. They were able to identify my issues and gave me some pointers on how to mitigate future problems. I'm thankful I was able to get this fixed today, and it has substantially reduced my stress. Gillece services were truly amazing at helping our family with our HVAC unit. John was friendly, and communicated effectively about the product/service, and the option of financing, the tax rebate eligible with certain products and how the warranty can be used as a selling point- if that were needed down the road. I can honestly say I have a good understanding of all that was offered. I now feel confident in my decision to choose Sullivan for this large purchase. Everything from the car air freshener with the contact info, to making the appointment, to getting the estimate, was friendly, smooth and efficient.

Sometimes hiring a “professional” tradesman is like rolling the dice. You never know what you’re going to get, however this tradesman (Coulehan Plumbing) far exceeded my expectations starting with being on time for the appointment, professionalism, attention to detail and helping me to understand what the plumbing issues are and what it’s going to take, step by step to completely fix it. I don’t really know the prices for plumbing, parts etc… but with all of the above mentioned I know that the price I paid was well worth it especially because of the piece of mind knowing that I had the right plumber for the job. I have 100% confidence in Coulehan Plumbing and wouldn’t call any other company for my plumbing needs.

Today we had a very good experience working with Christian! I had a clog in my toilet again and he explored every option to fix it for me. In the end we ended up replacing the toilet but he stayed and completed the job. He was great at explaining everything to us and just overall did a wonderful job. We Are very pleased with his work and would Def recommend him!

The water tank in two of our bathrooms needed repair because of loss of water due to mechanical problems. A person from Miller Plumbing came to take a look at the toilette tanks. He proceed to tell me that he was going to charge me $39.00 for the visit and also said something to the effect that it would cost me $379.00 to fix the bathrooms. I guess it was my misunderstanding but even the price quoted was quite steep to fix the leaking problems in the tanks. Furthermore, he said that he would be returning soon to fix the issues with the toilettes. In fact, he came the next day in the morning. To my surprise, once he was finished with the job, he proceeded to bill me for another $727.00 on top of the deposit of $100 that I had paid him the previous day. I assume that the fixtures that he bought to replace the ones that are in the bathroom could not have been much higher than $50. That means that I paid about $750 for Miller Plumbing for less than an hour's time of one of its employees. That's the time he took to fix the plumbing. I told the person the the price was outrageous but he told me that is the price to fix a bathroom, 379 for each, plus $39 for the visit and the rest for the fixtures that were provided. Highway robbery to say the least. If you are looking to fix anything in your bathroom keep away from Miller Plumbing. I could have bought two new toilette bowls and have them installed for the price that I paid to fix some minor plumbing issues. I tried to put a stop payment on the check but it was too late to do so. If I could give less than a star to Miller Plumbing I would gladly give it to them.

EDIT: The longer time passes, the less thrilled I am. I have had two separate contractors come through since for specific needs and they have been absolutely furious on my behalf for the quality left behind. I'm kind of sickened that I paid so much for so little. Honest indeed.

Four for craftsmanship, three for everything else. I went with Honest Renovators after reading a lot of five star reviews, but I think that did them a disservice setting my expectations too high. The quality of the work is good-- solid not perfect. I wasn't thrilled they ran a month and some behind schedule, but it is what it is. They were up against the same challenges everyone has now for price of materials, production delays, availability of labor, all the joys of the COVID era. Costs were on the high end: hopefully that means they're paying the guys a living wage. Where I was distinctly underwhelmed was materials sourcing and organization. Delays and waste could have been avoided. I felt like their purchasing agent and it was coming straight from my wallet into their blackhole. I think these guys are much better off with small projects of limited scopes where they can understand and keep track of them. Use them wisely and they'll do good work.

I used Kwiatkowski previously & had a good experience with them so I called them again to install two toilets & repair a leak. They were quick to respond & to take care of everything. I highly recommend them.

Marcus Bland was the repair man. He arrived in the time estimated. He was SO very pleasant on this Easter Sunday morning! He was professional, and he explained the issue well. The price quoted was the price I paid. I would be happy to have him do any necessary repair work in the future.

One of their workers darted out in the street, almost causing a tbone accident. Had no care in the world. Saw me coming because there wasn't traffic. I wouldn't want that kind of personality doing any labor work for me.
