Best Sump Pump Replacement in Pittsburgh PA

I recently hired Orion as my usual plumber was too booked but he recommended using them. Our 100 yr+ plus old cast iron stack pipe finally cracked and leaked. Orion came same day as called for an estimate and review, and was back the following morning to do all the necessary work, and didnt leave until completed, tested, and cleaned up afterwards. Service was affordable compared to more widely advertised plumbers, with all work satisfactorily done, with any emerging issues explained and resolved - you start working on a house like ours, you're gonna encounter things you didn't expect. Highly recommended and would use again!

About 2 years ago I had these guys out to change the old pipes under the bathroom floor. After the work was done the toilet was still leaking granted a smaller amount but still leaking. When I called about it the basically caused me out. Blamed the problem on me. Because I did not let them replace the whole system costing me thousands of dollars. I jut had a guy out to terrace the toilet because it is loose on the bottom and leaking badly. This company broke the flange when putting the toilet down. Instead of fixing it use plummers putty to fill in and hold the bolt down. Then put 3 wax rings to cover up what they did. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE

I normally don't write reviews, but these guys went above and beyond. Came same day, on time, super nice, and not a typical commission / sales plumber that claims you need thousands in work when you just want them to come flush your main line. I tried to fix my main by myself, only making it worse. Black sludge backed up into my basement everywhere. I couldn't use any water in my home and was in a complete panic. Came same day, ran a camera and fixed this huge catastrophe in under an hour. Glad I found an honest, company with workers who knew exactly what to do to get my house up and running again. Didn't bother telling me or my real estate agent that they don't give estimates to home buyers under contract/in the inspection process without the owner present. We made it very clear that that this was the case, yet we didn't find out until the appointment was accidentally canceled (by me) and that was their reason for not being able to rebook when I realized my mistake 10 minutes later.The woman I spoke with said she was the Assistant Manager of something, but I am guessing it isn't Customer Service based on the condescending way she spoke to me (ex: well I am SORRY we inconvenienced you, that's not how it works.)Gillece, you just lost a $3k job and any future business from me.

I woke up to frozen pipes, as I'm sure others did today. I called and the servicemen came and got the water running. I also had a split in my insulation (I live in a manufactured home with a crawl space underneath). The insulation had been split to repair a leak, and couldn't be put back at the time because it had to dry out. I asked if they could fix the insulation but they didn't have the supplies they needed. I was disappointed, but made an appointment to have it done next week. I went out for groceries and when I came back the repairman was back fixing the problem. I'm SO thankful as we have more of this wintry blast to come! I would recommend Bigley Plumbing to everyone!

Today we had a very good experience working with Christian! I had a clog in my toilet again and he explored every option to fix it for me. In the end we ended up replacing the toilet but he stayed and completed the job. He was great at explaining everything to us and just overall did a wonderful job. We Are very pleased with his work and would Def recommend him!

Love this team! They came out in the past few week to help me remove some kind of invasive weed really taking over my backyard. While there, I had a few questions about installing some new bushes, cleaning up some current bushes, and arranging some semi-regular upkeep. They quoted me on all of this within 30 mins of talking and within 3 days were back to handle the bushes. Even with the recent rain, they made sure to help me in a timely manner. I love this team!!! I have recommended them to all my local family. They already have a quite a few small projects set up to get handled before winter comes. Will upload some pics once these beautiful bushes start filling in!!!

Benito was polite and did the job—for $715.83! He went to Home Depot for parts and installed them. I have no itemized bill and will not recommend Fagnelli because of their outrageous prices.
