I had a pipe burst in my home this winter and Fady at Orion was the only plumber who was able to provide an emergency service the same day. He arrived within a few hours and quickly diagnosed then fixed the problem. We hired him a few weeks later for lingering plumbing issues around the house. Fady was polite, friendly, and had great communication. I would recommend Orion Plumbing to anyone looking for an honest, hard-working plumber.

About 2 years ago I had these guys out to change the old pipes under the bathroom floor. After the work was done the toilet was still leaking granted a smaller amount but still leaking. When I called about it the basically caused me out. Blamed the problem on me. Because I did not let them replace the whole system costing me thousands of dollars. I jut had a guy out to terrace the toilet because it is loose on the bottom and leaking badly. This company broke the flange when putting the toilet down. Instead of fixing it use plummers putty to fill in and hold the bolt down. Then put 3 wax rings to cover up what they did. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE

I normally don't write reviews, but these guys went above and beyond. Came same day, on time, super nice, and not a typical commission / sales plumber that claims you need thousands in work when you just want them to come flush your main line. I tried to fix my main by myself, only making it worse. Black sludge backed up into my basement everywhere. I couldn't use any water in my home and was in a complete panic. Came same day, ran a camera and fixed this huge catastrophe in under an hour. Glad I found an honest, company with workers who knew exactly what to do to get my house up and running again. I had a major sewer drain back-up, and I initially called a national chain to repair. Their diagnosis was that the blockage could only be repaired by digging/replacing the entire line (cost of $4000.00+). I called DAP, and Dave arrived within hour, removed the tree roots, opened the blockage, and charged about $150. I cannot say enough positive things about this plumbing company for their honesty, professionalism, expediency, and fairness.

Vince was a real life saver. City did some work on the water lines and in the process caused a blockage of my sewer line. Vince was there within a few hours and met with me and schedule the snaking for the next morning. He was able to diagnose with blockage and pin point where it was. He also reviewed the footage sent from the city and determined that it wasn’t even my house. His expertise allow me to go to the city with full confidence and have the issue resolved. All he charged me for was for the snaking and his creditable was essential in this process. Thank you Vince

Knowledgeable, completed job in one day as quoted. Was open to doing small job to relocate gas lines to move dryer, updated various things to code they encountered along the way Will definitely call again if we have any other plumber needs.

Very professional.:40 minutes of total gentle labor plus 40 minutes of driving to pick up the piece and bring it back to install it. A small resistor, which should not cost more than a few dollars. Total: US$ 399. My bad, I should have asked the hourly rate.
