Best Plumbing Fixture Installation in Pittsburgh PA

First of all folks I'm not even from Pittsburgh, but we are visiting some friends in the area. Found the site and called when my friends toilet went all nasty. Not the thing to have happen when you have guests over for the week. My friend made the call and they showed up super fast. Tried to help contain the mess before it got way out of hand (OMG that was nasty- those people have iron stomachs for sure). These guys were so professional - and they did an awesome job. They ended up having to take the whole toilet up to get a diaper out of the toilet that swelled up half way down the pipe. They cleaned up the job (too bad she couldn't convince them to do the floors while they were there) and were super friendly and professional. This is honestly my first review. I figured a business that went that far out of their way was worth doing a review. Thank you Pittsburgh Plumbing!

I recently used Alex at Orion Plumbing to repair and replace a new garbage disposal in my home. He was quick to reply, effecient in his work and gave extremely fair and reasonable prices based on the other quotes I received. I felt safe having him do work in my home and he kept the lines of communication open throughout the entire process, so I knew exactly what I was paying for. CJ and Cody W. came out today to service my main AC unit and 3rd floor split unit. We just moved into this old wooden house in April, and it turns out the units hadn't been serviced in quite a while. CJ and Cody did an awesome job, everything is now running more efficiently, and the house is finally cooling down nicely! I'm one of these guys who likes to follow and ask questions, and both of them were friendly and eager to explain what they were doing along the way. We called for a hot water tank inspection as well as water hammering with our pipes. Tony was our tech and he was knowledgeable and helpful. He also showed us some things to look for when looking over our hot water tank and made some recommendations to think about. Overall happy with the service.

Jaros plumbing was incredible to work with for the plumbing issues I was having with my water heater expansion tank and pressure valve. I called Jaros after another plumbing company not only couldn't figure out what problem I was having, but ended up causing more damage then when they started. Jaros was able to come in and quickly diagnose the root cause of my issues and fix them very quickly in the same day. The team was on time, very polite, knowledgeable, and kept the work area clean and tidy. Will be using them for future plumbing needs.

I had paid to have someone come out to provide a diagnostic on my furnace as I was having issues. I was promised, a copy of the pictures and full report. Instead of providing reasons, they only sent replacement estimates. Upon calling to inquire what I had paid for, they refused to send me the diagnosis. Disappointing business model.

The staff worked very diligently and even came back after the job was done to fix something. However, for the amount that we paid for the entire job to be done, the overall quality really disappointed us. The cement that was put into the basement was very rough, and there didn't seem to be an effort to smooth it out to the existing cement.
