Awesome service and great group of plumbers. Mike (the owner) came out a day or two after I gave them a call and immediately had the most economical and understanding assessment of the situation and issue. He was able to identify a shared sewer lateral that other plumbers had missed and quickly developed a solution that required minimal excavation and minimal concrete demolition inside. His team replaced a trap and during the repair, identified a utility chase that nobody even glanced at. Inside the chase, the team found a massive cracked cast iron plumbing stack that served my main bathroom on the second floor (and leaked every time I showered). They used the best technology around and were willing to talk to my insurance agents multiple times. All in all, an amazing experience and will definitely be using them for any plumbing needs in the future!

Great experience from beginning to end! Mark was incredibly responsive and communicative and put us at ease right away. Not only did he and his partner work efficiently and fix our issue, his customer service was top notch and he was enjoyable to have in our home. HIGHLY recommend these guys! I called around to a lot of places for quotes on a water heater replacement and these guys had the best rate by far. Dispatch was very pleasant to deal with, and Maryanne made sure I was on the schedule before the weekend so my daughter and I weren't without hot water until Monday. Brandon came out at the exact time dispatch said he would, and he was very polite and professional. He explained everything clearly and did not try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn't need which is more than could be said about a lot of competitors. There were absolutely no hidden fees or up charges, I paid exactly what was quoted. Brandon even gave some advice on possible issues with my chimney and things to look out for on my PVM. From start to finish, I really don't think it could've gone better. I'll absolutely be calling them for future work.

Vince was a real life saver. City did some work on the water lines and in the process caused a blockage of my sewer line. Vince was there within a few hours and met with me and schedule the snaking for the next morning. He was able to diagnose with blockage and pin point where it was. He also reviewed the footage sent from the city and determined that it wasn’t even my house. His expertise allow me to go to the city with full confidence and have the issue resolved. All he charged me for was for the snaking and his creditable was essential in this process. Thank you Vince

Highly impressed with how fast their turnaround time is. Called Sunday with an emergency and they had someone out the next day. Ended up needing a brand new furnace and AC. They were able to get someone out the next day to go over our options. Then after that, they had someone out two days later to do the installation. Everyone we dealt with was incredibly nice and professional and took time answering questions we had. We highly recommend this company!

Professional, this crew came in well organized, with a plan. They worked quickly, finished quickly and left my basement cleaner than what it was. On time, courteous and fair.

My central air died in the middle of a heat wave. Not good for a person with heart issues. My usual repairman was otherwise engaged, so I called Tudi. John came out and fixed my a/c right up. Thank you, John, and Tudi for such fast, prompt and efficient service -- and at a reasonable price too!

I had a backed up sewer and contacted Frank on a Sunday, within 5 minutes he replied back. He was able to fit me in the next day. Within just a few minutes of getting there he had the clog removed. Great guy, I highly recommend him!

As you can tell from the tabs I clicked, I had *a lot* of work that needed to be done on my new house, and for much of it, I had an aggressive timetable. I got the referral from my sister, who has used Miller for years. Extremely responsive, personable, prompt, honest about my options, a very fair price, and did a very nice job on all of my new systems. Not only that, but they were very accommodating and fair when they found the inevitable extra issues in this old house - not the “gotcha” type of business at all. If there is ANY other installation or repair I ever need, I will ALWAYS call Miller. Now I see why my sister gave me their number - I honestly can’t think of anything that could have gone better, in any sense of the word.

While the repair went well and the team was courteous, I found them to be overpriced, not completely honest, lacking in transparency about charges, and the office unresponsive to a request.

AG quoted me 1K for standard replacement of waste and overflow/trap piping on a bathtub, largely because the ceiling below had to be opened up for access. So I did all the legwork of opening the ceiling myself in advance for easy access, but they only took off 30%. The plumber said that this was still a 4-5 hour job. They completed the job in an hour an half, at which was (apparently) about $500/hr. and charged me *extra* for parts (cost of parts not included in the estimate, which was not communicated to me. I also had no say in what kind of tub drain/drain stop mechanism they were putting in, which is not what I would have chosen. If I had known the part wasn't included in the quoted price, I would have purchased the part that I wanted myself).

Plumber then assured me on day of install that I would get an invoice itemizing all charges but this didn't happen. I called the office to request list of charges, which they said they would email the next day, but didn't. The only reason I agreed to this work is for a quick repair. In my experience, the company is negligent on some really basic good business practices.

The staff worked very diligently and even came back after the job was done to fix something. However, for the amount that we paid for the entire job to be done, the overall quality really disappointed us. The cement that was put into the basement was very rough, and there didn't seem to be an effort to smooth it out to the existing cement.
