Vince is very reliable and as many others have said, really knows his stuff and what he's talking about. He's great at communicating when setting up an appointment and won't ghost you. He took care of resetting a toilet and installing a kitchen faucet for us. We highly recommend his services and will definitely be repeat customers.

Highly impressed with how fast their turnaround time is. Called Sunday with an emergency and they had someone out the next day. Ended up needing a brand new furnace and AC. They were able to get someone out the next day to go over our options. Then after that, they had someone out two days later to do the installation. Bill and team took on our project of moving our laundry room from the basement up to the 2nd story and into our master bedrooms closet. Can't say enough good things about his work. I've used Tim and his crew as well as Pawlak Heating & Air Conditioning for years. Both companies are well run, on time and not as pricey as others. They give you a fair assessment of your plumbing/heating/air conditioning & all your options for what you can afford. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Our 25+year old AC and furnace units quit working last week. We contacted TUDI Mechanical Service to see if it was repairable. They gave us information on several options for repair and for a new system. Within in days we had an appointment with a sales rep (Mr. August Wagner) who presented us with facts, options and no pressure to purchase! We decided the best option for us was to replace our AC and Heating units.
Within a week we had an appointment for the installation. Russ and Cody arrived at 7:30 am and began to remove our old system. Buy 2:30 we had a new heating and AC system up and running. We were impressed with Russ and Cody's knowledge, professionalism and kindness! Simply top notch.

My furnace began to randomly stop working and buzz loudly. Came across AG Plumbing searching google reviews. The owners were hands on from the initial call to completion of my project. They were thorough in explaining the issue, provided me reasonable quotes for both fixing or replacing the unit.
They we very friendly and professional providing frequent updates on part ordering, delivery and promptly scheduling installation. They even included fixing a leaky pipe that I found after they had already given me my quote and didn't change the price when processing my payment. I plan on contacting them for future projects and recommending to my friends and neighbors.

The staff worked very diligently and even came back after the job was done to fix something. However, for the amount that we paid for the entire job to be done, the overall quality really disappointed us. The cement that was put into the basement was very rough, and there didn't seem to be an effort to smooth it out to the existing cement.
