Jaros plumbing was incredible to work with for the plumbing issues I was having with my water heater expansion tank and pressure valve. I called Jaros after another plumbing company not only couldn't figure out what problem I was having, but ended up causing more damage then when they started. Jaros was able to come in and quickly diagnose the root cause of my issues and fix them very quickly in the same day. The team was on time, very polite, knowledgeable, and kept the work area clean and tidy. Will be using them for future plumbing needs.

Matt Mertz Plumbing was recommended to us by two of our clients so we reached out when we needed to address an issue pertaining to our storm/sewer lateral. Vince is very reliable and as many others have said, really knows his stuff and what he's talking about. He's great at communicating when setting up an appointment and won't ghost you. He took care of resetting a toilet and installing a kitchen faucet for us. We highly recommend his services and will definitely be repeat customers.

Called for a clogged line. Ended up being a bigger issue. All 3 employees I dealt with that day were extremely professional and informative. The main plumber on my case was Kaleb and he really went the extra mile to help with my situation. I called Roto Rooter as a knee jerk reaction with an urgent backup in the floor drain in my garage. They charged me $200 to snake it (which didn’t work at all) and were trying to up quote me on more extravagant jobs.

Called Bauer that same day and they were there within an hour. The two guys that came were both friendly and honest and they got it flowing with a snake in a fraction of the time.

The staff worked very diligently and even came back after the job was done to fix something. However, for the amount that we paid for the entire job to be done, the overall quality really disappointed us. The cement that was put into the basement was very rough, and there didn't seem to be an effort to smooth it out to the existing cement.
