Based on South Side Plumbing & Heating's reviews and my conversations with Bill and John, we hired them for a major plumbing fix and new A/C installation and couldn't be happier. Steve Thompson Sr was the one sent to our house to address the sewer problem. He showed up on his day off! And stayed at our house for several hours to get an accurate diagnosis of the problem. Within 24 hours we could at least flush the toilets again. The entire process took a few days. Before the job was inspected by the county, Steve returned to the house to re-camera the lines and show me everything was 100% clear. We had several people here doing the work over a few days. Being self employed and my wife is management, you can see when someone cares about there work. Steve and (Tim ) I didn’t catch his last name, are real assets to Gillece! You’ll be happy with there work !

Highly impressed with how fast their turnaround time is. Called Sunday with an emergency and they had someone out the next day. Ended up needing a brand new furnace and AC. They were able to get someone out the next day to go over our options. Then after that, they had someone out two days later to do the installation. Everyone we dealt with was incredibly nice and professional and took time answering questions we had. We highly recommend this company!

The techs showed up on time. Installed HVAC. Tested both units. Installed thermostat. Reviewed operation of thermostat. Cleaned up from the install. Very professional and polite.

We had looked for a plumber for a long time. Some groups saw the work we wanted done and never got back to us. Greater Pittsburgh Plumbing reviewed the scope of the work, ordered the parts, dedicated 3 workers, and got the job done on one of the hottest days of the summer. Gauge, Danny, and John shared the labor and did great work. They replaced two yard pumps sent in concrete, changed out two hose bibs, and placed another valve in our system so we could shut down service to an out building. It was a big job. They kept me updated on their progress and were nice, professional people doing a hard job with grace.

Very pleased with our experience working with Wahl! I called about getting our water heater checked out and they sent someone the next day. Tyler was awesome and talked us through all of our options. We ended up replacing our unit and Wahl sent Sean and Antonio the next day! Sean walked me through everything they did and we are happy with the results. Highly recommend their services and will likely use again for future heating and cooling needs!

It took two hours for two technicians to replace a 75 gallon water heater with a power vent and remove the existing one ... they were extremely efficient and very professional..

Very professional.:40 minutes of total gentle labor plus 40 minutes of driving to pick up the piece and bring it back to install it. A small resistor, which should not cost more than a few dollars. Total: US$ 399. My bad, I should have asked the hourly rate.

Had them out a while back for a no heat problem . They told me that I had a cracked heat exchanger , and needed to replace the furnace immediately . Their quote was ridiculous . When I declined , he said he would red tag my furnace , and call the building inspector , and then I would have to leave my house until it was fixed . I asked him to show me where the crack was, but his camera conveniently died . I offered to go pick him up a battery. , but his takes “ special “ batteries. Told him to go kick rocks . Had another company come out , replace the thermocouple, and no more problems. And we looked at the heat exchanger with his camera . Couldn’t find anything . These guys are con men . Find someone with integrity to work on your home …
