Zoom Drain from Pittsburgh, PA, is a fantastic plumbing service. In light of an emergency, they were able to send a plumbing technician out within the hour. I found this service on Google and was able to set up a quick service appointment via text, which can also be done by phone. Everybody knows how stressful a plumbing situation can be, and many times, it can be very costly. Zoom Drain was able to work with me in terms of financing as I was in a bind. They made a call to their office, and I explained my needs; they worked with me to split the cost. Not only was that excellent customer service, but their quality of work was great. They were able to identify my issues and gave me some pointers on how to mitigate future problems. I'm thankful I was able to get this fixed today, and it has substantially reduced my stress. Knowledgeable, completed job in one day as quoted. Was open to doing small job to relocate gas lines to move dryer, updated various things to code they encountered along the way Will definitely call again if we have any other plumber needs.

I called okay Rooter drain cleaning on an emergency basis in Orlando and his partner showed up immediately. They assessed the situation and fixed it for a very reasonable cost

Terry’s Plumbing was extremely helpful with a quote and advice on some plumbing work needing done when another place was price gouging. Quick response times, all employees were friendly and helpful, and the in person walkthrough took no time at all. If you have a plumbing issue call Terry’s first. It will save you a lot of time, aggravation, and money.

As stated in other reviews this company smoked cigarettes in my house and they could not even unclog the drain. I called another company and they had the drain unclogged in 20 minutes very unprofessional I will not be returning EVER again. Goodbye and good riddance.

While the repair went well and the team was courteous, I found them to be overpriced, not completely honest, lacking in transparency about charges, and the office unresponsive to a request.

AG quoted me 1K for standard replacement of waste and overflow/trap piping on a bathtub, largely because the ceiling below had to be opened up for access. So I did all the legwork of opening the ceiling myself in advance for easy access, but they only took off 30%. The plumber said that this was still a 4-5 hour job. They completed the job in an hour an half, at which was (apparently) about $500/hr. and charged me *extra* for parts (cost of parts not included in the estimate, which was not communicated to me. I also had no say in what kind of tub drain/drain stop mechanism they were putting in, which is not what I would have chosen. If I had known the part wasn't included in the quoted price, I would have purchased the part that I wanted myself).

Plumber then assured me on day of install that I would get an invoice itemizing all charges but this didn't happen. I called the office to request list of charges, which they said they would email the next day, but didn't. The only reason I agreed to this work is for a quick repair. In my experience, the company is negligent on some really basic good business practices.

I recently had the opportunity to work with a demolition company in Pittsburgh called Honest Renovators. I was very impressed with their professionalism and expertise.

I worked with Ms Kayla on getting the job started, she was very responsive to my initial inquiry. They quickly came out to my property to assess the work that needed to be done. They were very thorough in their assessment and they gave me a clear estimate of the cost of the work, which i was able to negotiate down a bit.

I was also impressed with the company's safety procedures. They had a very well-organized safety plan in place and they made sure that all of their employees were following the plan. The demolition work was completed on time and within budget. The company was very clean and efficient in their work. They removed all of the debris from my property and they even cleaned up the surrounding area.

I think the company would be even better if they offered more flexible scheduling options.
I would also like to see them offer more green demolition options.
