Zoom Drain from Pittsburgh, PA, is a fantastic plumbing service. In light of an emergency, they were able to send a plumbing technician out within the hour. I found this service on Google and was able to set up a quick service appointment via text, which can also be done by phone. Everybody knows how stressful a plumbing situation can be, and many times, it can be very costly. Zoom Drain was able to work with me in terms of financing as I was in a bind. They made a call to their office, and I explained my needs; they worked with me to split the cost. Not only was that excellent customer service, but their quality of work was great. They were able to identify my issues and gave me some pointers on how to mitigate future problems. I'm thankful I was able to get this fixed today, and it has substantially reduced my stress. My tech was Marcus ( his name isn’t on your site). He was very professional, personable and has a great work ethic. I was very comfortable with him in my home. He explained all that he did and answered any questions. Very thorough and cleaned up. One would never know that anyone was working here. I would recommend him to anyone.

I had a broken pipe above my water heater. I called Gillece and they sent their service manager to help this damsel in distress. Ed fixed the leak, and pointed out other problems in my basement. I had them fixed also at a reasonable monthly payment. Ed really looked out for me and my family. I would recommend this company to anyone that is reading this.

I contacted Stahl Plumbing after my HVAC died and the person who installed it failed to return phone calls for a week. Stahl was quick in getting someone out (1.5 days).

No one ever wants to be without A/C during a heat wave, and everyone who can do repairs is super busy. Given this, I really appreciated the speed of the response from Stahl. After 2 days, it was obvious that there was a leak in the microcoils. They told me the options, and once I decided, they scheduled a replacement as soon as they could. I received a quote in advance (paying 50% up front and the rest upon completion). No one wants an expensive surprise, but when it happens, you want to be working with reliable people.

The people at Stahl were prompt and courteous, and the technical folks (Mike, Tyree, Corey, and Ashton) were respectful of the disruption to the house as they replaced the system. They also took away the old system so there were no bad surprises with freon disposal. They registered the installments so there won't be any warranty issues in the future.

Overall, the Stahl people were transparent and they did a professional job.

Placed a call at 4:00, here by 5:45 Main Water Valve regulator replaced and out the door before 6:30. Fast, efficient, quality service, and reasonably priced!! Definitely highly recommend!!

I didn't use them to do the work needed because of how unprofessional and non-responsive they were. Needed to install 2 shut off values, contact Mongiovi because they handle the maintenance of the fire/sprinkler system within my HOA. After 30 days of me reaching out to them (over 6 times calls and emails) to get a technician out to look at the job, to get the actual quote and pricing, they quoted $600 for 2 shut off values. The other 2 quotes were between $150 & $250, so they were charging more than double. Which means they didn't want to do the job or just plain screw me over. Finally got the corrected quote, then one of the sons contacted me after I sent them an email about how poorly they handled this request. I had called the owner Rick twice and he didn't have the common courtesy to call me back. Wouldn't recommend using this company!!!

After repeated calls I finally got through. I asked them to compete a simple job that was under a deadline. I was told that they went to the site and there would be no problem and the job would be completed. It was not. I never heard from them again after repeated texts and voicemails I finally had to call someone else to complete.
