They did great work replacing my gas service line and they did it quickly and professionally. All at a very reasonable able price!

In the midst of a kitchen reno for a tenant, the plumber went missing, so I had to replace him quickly. I called Chad at Proudfoot and he and partner were able to come that same day. They proposed to come out and give me a bid, and come back to do the work another time. I told Chad that I didn't have time for that, and asked him to come prepared to do the job.

In all fairness, he did provide the price prior to doing the work, but they knew that I was not in a position to find another plumber. The prices were outrageous. $562.00 for garbage disposal + installation; $362.00 to install a kitchen faucet; $139.00 to prep for dishwasher installation. They would not install it - as every other plumber would. So $1060.00 for ???

I texted my 2 regular plumbers who both happened to be out of town at the same time. They both could not believe the price. Three times what they would have charged, and they would have installed the dishwasher.
But the guys were nice... if that counts.

Incredible service, no complaints. I'll return to them for all plumbing needs. Kind, courteous, prompt, honest.

We called for a hot water tank inspection as well as water hammering with our pipes. Tony was our tech and he was knowledgeable and helpful. He also showed us some things to look for when looking over our hot water tank and made some recommendations to think about. Overall happy with the service.

I called MMP around 8 am and spoke to Cindy. She had me take some pictures of my water heater to email over to them. Within 45 minutes I spoke to Diane, she gave me the price and said she could have someone out to my house by early afternoon the same day. Diane called me back at roughly 11:30 am to let me know a crew had finished a bigger job early and could be at my house in 45 minutes (they got here in 30!).

Jim and Joe were AWESOME! We went over the issues and they answered ALL of our questions and then some. Within an hour and a half they had the old water tank out and the new one installed along with a pressure regulator. Their work was EXCELLENT and the price was good! They will be my go to for any future plumbing needs. I asked MMP to get me a quote for a new furnace and AC unit, I will be sure to edit the review and let everyone know how that goes.

Vince is very reliable and as many others have said, really knows his stuff and what he's talking about. He's great at communicating when setting up an appointment and won't ghost you. He took care of resetting a toilet and installing a kitchen faucet for us. We highly recommend his services and will definitely be repeat customers.

Brickhaas is absolutely the best plumbing and HVAC contractor I have ever experienced. Brickhaas doesn't try to lock you into a service contract, as other big contractors do. They don't need to. Their quality and fair pricing is enough to maintain customer loyalty. I have used Brickhaas for both plumbing and HVAC needs. They have replaced plumbing fixtures and my entire HVAC system, as I picked up a new (20+ year old} home that was reaching the end of its existing systems. All the new work done by Brickhaas has improved my home in terms of quality, efficiency and safety. All the team members at Brickhaas are excellent, but I am particularly impressed with Dominic. He is extremely intelligent, diligent and personable. Couldn't ask for more.

The fuse to my home office blew and I needed to have it replaced quickly. After calling about 10 electricians only to find that most were booking appointments weeks out I was happy to learn that Gillece was able to schedule something for the next day.I made the appointment and was given a window of 8am-12pm the following day, I took the day off work to make sure I would be home and available. Well, at about 3:30pm I received a call telling me that I was not going to be able to be fit in that day. I was then told that appointment times apart from the first one of the day are only estimates, I replied that I was not given a specific time I was given a 4 hour window which is why I took the day off. The customer service rep then told me that the window is only an estimate, in other words they cant even tell you what day a person will come out with any reliability. I was given the first appointment for the next day which was confirmed, and was offered a $50 discount.Ok I thought - I have to get this done, lets just chalk it up to a scheduling issue.So today the electrician shows up right on time and was a very nice guy - he goes down to the electrical panel and agrees that the fuse needs to be swapped out - the estimate... $415.00! I ask why its so expensive the fuse is at most $20 and the job is going to take maybe 10 minutes so it can't be parts or labor. The electrician basically looked at the floor and said, that's the base price for any job. I kind of felt bad for him because he must be put in this position a lot and its not like its his company.Well it sure would have been nice to know that when I booked the appointment and had already taken 2 days off but they know I'm over a barrel I paid it.This company is a disorganized, predatory scam. Avoid it at all costs!

I didn't use them to do the work needed because of how unprofessional and non-responsive they were. Needed to install 2 shut off values, contact Mongiovi because they handle the maintenance of the fire/sprinkler system within my HOA. After 30 days of me reaching out to them (over 6 times calls and emails) to get a technician out to look at the job, to get the actual quote and pricing, they quoted $600 for 2 shut off values. The other 2 quotes were between $150 & $250, so they were charging more than double. Which means they didn't want to do the job or just plain screw me over. Finally got the corrected quote, then one of the sons contacted me after I sent them an email about how poorly they handled this request. I had called the owner Rick twice and he didn't have the common courtesy to call me back. Wouldn't recommend using this company!!!

The staff worked very diligently and even came back after the job was done to fix something. However, for the amount that we paid for the entire job to be done, the overall quality really disappointed us. The cement that was put into the basement was very rough, and there didn't seem to be an effort to smooth it out to the existing cement.

Benito was polite and did the job—for $715.83! He went to Home Depot for parts and installed them. I have no itemized bill and will not recommend Fagnelli because of their outrageous prices.
