Best Clogged Sewer Line in Pittsburgh PA

First of all folks I'm not even from Pittsburgh, but we are visiting some friends in the area. Found the site and called when my friends toilet went all nasty. Not the thing to have happen when you have guests over for the week. My friend made the call and they showed up super fast. Tried to help contain the mess before it got way out of hand (OMG that was nasty- those people have iron stomachs for sure). These guys were so professional - and they did an awesome job. They ended up having to take the whole toilet up to get a diaper out of the toilet that swelled up half way down the pipe. They cleaned up the job (too bad she couldn't convince them to do the floors while they were there) and were super friendly and professional. This is honestly my first review. I figured a business that went that far out of their way was worth doing a review. Thank you Pittsburgh Plumbing!

Will, our service tech, was punctual, efficient, friendly and professional. He walked us through the whole process explaining each step he was doing to help get our toilet unclogged. He even kept us abreast on the price points through each step so we were all on the same page. We are grateful that he was able to find our problem and fix it in a timely manner and without having to break the bank! His work ethic and personality are top notch! We have used Brickhaas Pluming on two separate occasions now. I could not be happier with their service. They do quality work at a fair price. They are responsive when you contact them. Every technician that I have delt with (four in total, including Gary) are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I will not go anyplace else wile I am in the Pittsburgh area. Highly recommended!!

The previous owners of our home used them so we kept up and had them come out twice for small problems. Both visits were fine, the second kind of strange and almost twice as expensive but hey they came out on time!

Now I am here with a wife giving birth tomorrow and a leak through two floors of my home and have been calling for days with no response. I feel hurt and mad and just generally so flummoxed.

I thought we were cool dudes! I thought I had a plumber I could rely on. I was wrong.

Patrick came in and replaced a toilet in record time!

Mark fixed the water heater at our house in beginning of winter on one of the coldest days of the year! He explained everything he was doing very well! I felt very confident in his work and was very impressed with his knowledge. Highly recommend!!

We highly recommend the service of Diesel Plumbing, who helped us fixing a emergency issue of gas leak in the new home we just moved in at High Pointe Drive of Seven Fields, PA. After calling Brian of Diesel Plumbing, he showed up within 20 minutes and quickly detected the leak spot. He then spent Saturday and Sunday with his crew to fix the issue with no time wasted! Professional, efficient, reliable, and rate reasonable! He definitely deserves five stars!

Jesse was the best plumber I’ve ever had for years but I can’t get him anymore because he moved onto commercial projects. However, Lucas redid my leaking shower and did an awesome job. Professional, friendly and quick. Will ask for him again in the future.

I sent a message about a gasline check through their website and received a call back within a few hours. They were considerate of my concern and schedule and set a tentative appointment for the next day. They called me the next morning and were at my house before lunchtime. They checked the integrity of my gaslines and quickly repaired a small valve leak. I pressed them about the condition of the very old lines, and I was very impressed that they did not try to oversell services. They were extremely professional and polite. The service charge was very low as well, and they didn't charge an emergency service fee, even though they came out so quickly.

As stated in other reviews this company smoked cigarettes in my house and they could not even unclog the drain. I called another company and they had the drain unclogged in 20 minutes very unprofessional I will not be returning EVER again. Goodbye and good riddance.

While the repair went well and the team was courteous, I found them to be overpriced, not completely honest, lacking in transparency about charges, and the office unresponsive to a request.

AG quoted me 1K for standard replacement of waste and overflow/trap piping on a bathtub, largely because the ceiling below had to be opened up for access. So I did all the legwork of opening the ceiling myself in advance for easy access, but they only took off 30%. The plumber said that this was still a 4-5 hour job. They completed the job in an hour an half, at which was (apparently) about $500/hr. and charged me *extra* for parts (cost of parts not included in the estimate, which was not communicated to me. I also had no say in what kind of tub drain/drain stop mechanism they were putting in, which is not what I would have chosen. If I had known the part wasn't included in the quoted price, I would have purchased the part that I wanted myself).

Plumber then assured me on day of install that I would get an invoice itemizing all charges but this didn't happen. I called the office to request list of charges, which they said they would email the next day, but didn't. The only reason I agreed to this work is for a quick repair. In my experience, the company is negligent on some really basic good business practices.

Charged an exorbitant amount for faucet installation even though I had the faucet. I saw the bad reviews and ignored them. I GOT BURNED!

One of their workers darted out in the street, almost causing a tbone accident. Had no care in the world. Saw me coming because there wasn't traffic. I wouldn't want that kind of personality doing any labor work for me.
