Best Clogged Kitchen in Pittsburgh PA

First of all folks I'm not even from Pittsburgh, but we are visiting some friends in the area. Found the site and called when my friends toilet went all nasty. Not the thing to have happen when you have guests over for the week. My friend made the call and they showed up super fast. Tried to help contain the mess before it got way out of hand (OMG that was nasty- those people have iron stomachs for sure). These guys were so professional - and they did an awesome job. They ended up having to take the whole toilet up to get a diaper out of the toilet that swelled up half way down the pipe. They cleaned up the job (too bad she couldn't convince them to do the floors while they were there) and were super friendly and professional. This is honestly my first review. I figured a business that went that far out of their way was worth doing a review. Thank you Pittsburgh Plumbing!

I normally don't write reviews, but these guys went above and beyond. Came same day, on time, super nice, and not a typical commission / sales plumber that claims you need thousands in work when you just want them to come flush your main line. I tried to fix my main by myself, only making it worse. Black sludge backed up into my basement everywhere. I couldn't use any water in my home and was in a complete panic. Came same day, ran a camera and fixed this huge catastrophe in under an hour. Glad I found an honest, company with workers who knew exactly what to do to get my house up and running again. Very grateful. Awesome work!!!! Thank you

Charged $89 to show up and quote $700 for putting a wax seal on a toilet. I Refuse to believe this company has 5* with how they run business. Like other reviews say, they charge a “show up” fee and then offer services at a price you have to refuse. Easy $89 for 10 minutes of work. Why Google even has this listing up and how it has 5* I don’t know, but it reeks of shady business. Will look for alternatives and change review if it really does cost that much to put a $10 seal on a toilet.Edit: I did find a plumbing company that did the job very well. Turns out it wasn’t even a wax seal (misdiagnosis on my part), but a problem with the tightening the water tank. The solution costed much less than 700, even with a water supply valve replacement I added on. It seems as though the this company is extremely focused on making a profit more so than finding the best/economically-efficient solution for the customer… I won’t fault them for adopting this business tactic, but I’d rather support a company which adopts the model of retaining happy/satisfied customers for the long run.

I called okay Rooter drain cleaning on an emergency basis in Orlando and his partner showed up immediately. They assessed the situation and fixed it for a very reasonable cost
. I I highly recommend them and would call them again anytime I have a plumbing issue

Rich was our repairman today. He was very professional and solved the plumbing issue--toilet that kept running, tank kept refilling. All is in order! Responded same day and within a few hours. Appreciate Rich's expertise and friendly manner. We will definitely call Puharic Plumbing again and ask for Rich!

Jesse was the best plumber I’ve ever had for years but I can’t get him anymore because he moved onto commercial projects. However, Lucas redid my leaking shower and did an awesome job. Professional, friendly and quick. Will ask for him again in the future.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Kayla and Eric at Honest Renovators, and I was very impressed with their demolition services. They were professional, efficient, and affordable.

The demolition team arrived on time and got to work right away. They were very careful to protect my property and to clean up after themselves. They also went above and beyond to answer my questions and to make sure that I was happy with the results. Everything from the first interaction with them all the way to closing out the project was the smoothest interaction I've ever had with an construction company.

Recently had my AC replaced by Stahl. They were able to come out quickly for a thorough estimate. I got quotes from multiple companies and while not the lowest bid, Stahl was right in line with others. I went with Stahl based on the prompt, thorough, and honest estimate, short lead time to install, and recommendations from others.

The two guys who did the install were professional, informative, and were able to get it all sorted in a day. The install looks very clean and they improved my drain line from the existing setup. My new AC has been working great and there have been no issues keeping my house cool all throughout the recent heatwave.

The entire process was painless and I have nothing but good things to say about the estimate, install, and interactions with the office. Highly recommended.

Brian went above and beyond for us. He showed up to do the job at a very inconvenient time for himself. He ran into problems that were no cause of his own and despite that, he stuck with it and not only fixed the issue, but he did it exceptionally well. I had a backed up sewer and contacted Frank on a Sunday, within 5 minutes he replied back. He was able to fit me in the next day. Within just a few minutes of getting there he had the clog removed. Great guy, I highly recommend him!

My furnace began to randomly stop working and buzz loudly. Came across AG Plumbing searching google reviews. The owners were hands on from the initial call to completion of my project. They were thorough in explaining the issue, provided me reasonable quotes for both fixing or replacing the unit.
They we very friendly and professional providing frequent updates on part ordering, delivery and promptly scheduling installation. They even included fixing a leaky pipe that I found after they had already given me my quote and didn't change the price when processing my payment. I plan on contacting them for future projects and recommending to my friends and neighbors.

I have worked with Taggart on several occasions since becoming a homeowner of a 100+ year old home, and I am impressed every time. They have had availability that is so convenient, and the work they do is minimally invasive, professional, but most importantly, efficient.

This most recent go, I had a leak in old copper piping that had flooded out the ceiling in the floor below it. I did the old duct tape patch job to mitigate the spread, then immediately called Taggart (it was late afternoon). They had availability early the next day, and I was provided extremely useful information, suggested outcomes, current and future state suggestions, to boot. The work took maybe 2 hours, and the original leak, plus a leak I originally didn't know about were replaced cleanly, with PEX.

While I hope I don't need to call them too often, I'm always impressed when I do. Thank you, team!

The staff worked very diligently and even came back after the job was done to fix something. However, for the amount that we paid for the entire job to be done, the overall quality really disappointed us. The cement that was put into the basement was very rough, and there didn't seem to be an effort to smooth it out to the existing cement.

Charged an exorbitant amount for faucet installation even though I had the faucet. I saw the bad reviews and ignored them. I GOT BURNED!

Had them out a while back for a no heat problem . They told me that I had a cracked heat exchanger , and needed to replace the furnace immediately . Their quote was ridiculous . When I declined , he said he would red tag my furnace , and call the building inspector , and then I would have to leave my house until it was fixed . I asked him to show me where the crack was, but his camera conveniently died . I offered to go pick him up a battery. , but his takes “ special “ batteries. Told him to go kick rocks . Had another company come out , replace the thermocouple, and no more problems. And we looked at the heat exchanger with his camera . Couldn’t find anything . These guys are con men . Find someone with integrity to work on your home …
