Bill and team took on our project of moving our laundry room from the basement up to the 2nd story and into our master bedrooms closet. Can't say enough good things about his work. He is very knowledgable, takes his time for accuracy, cleans worksite up when complete, good communicator, trustworthy, friendly, cares for your project like its his own. Would easily hire him again. Terry’s Plumbing was extremely helpful with a quote and advice on some plumbing work needing done when another place was price gouging. Quick response times, all employees were friendly and helpful, and the in person walkthrough took no time at all. If you have a plumbing issue call Terry’s first. It will save you a lot of time, aggravation, and money.

They may or may not do good work. Personally I have never used them, will never, or refer them to anyone since they don't know how to clean up after themselves and take their garbage with them. I am a contractor & every place I go into that this company was in before me their garbage or specifically the old hot water tank is left behind for someone else to remove. That is completely unprofessional & lazy. Learn to take your trash!

Do NOT use this company. We were assigned this company through our home warranty. They are very unprofessional and are not even doing their job fully. Didn’t even try to diagnose our leak on our hot water tank. They tightened the bolt on the first visit. We even showed them photos of it leaking. They left and not even 3 days after it still continued to leak, had them come back. They said nothing is mechanically wrong because it wasn’t leaking at the time of arrival. Didn’t care to even try to turn on the water in the house to prove. Not even there for 5 min. Now it 2 weeks later the pipe is STILL leaking. Called to have them come back and said I am wasting their time and they are not coming back because nothing is wrong. Yet they didn’t even try to prove that it was leaking! Very rude very unprofessional. Awful company. Do not use this company. The owner is rude and ignorant. They shouldn’t even be considered a plumbing company because they don’t do anything to solve the issue at hand. A total joke of a company!!!
