Best Backflow Test in Pittsburgh PA

I reached out to Chris in the middle of the day when I needed a sewer cam inspection to sell my house. Chris promptly answered his phone, and made time in his busy day to help me out. Not only did he run the cam inspection, he also made time to service a few of my outdoor copper lines that had broke in the past. Very professional, very respectful, and very honest!

Matt and his helper were great, efficient and they left no mess when they were done, I would highly recommend them!

Called to set up an appointment, got one and the lady that helped me was nice. There was no issue with our location. Had to cancel due to a family medical issue. Called back to reschedule. I was met with a totally rude attitude from the female that answered the phone. She told me they didn't come out to our area. So... The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because of the first encounter. I called another plumber. Thanks to the call to reschedule, they lost a $700 call.

Matt Mertz Plumbing was recommended to us by two of our clients so we reached out when we needed to address an issue pertaining to our storm/sewer lateral. Technician, Chris Sperl, stopped by our home and gave me excellent advice, though it cost him the opportunity to do the work I thought I wanted. Chris was experienced, friendly, and professional. Vince was a real life saver. City did some work on the water lines and in the process caused a blockage of my sewer line. Vince was there within a few hours and met with me and schedule the snaking for the next morning. He was able to diagnose with blockage and pin point where it was. He also reviewed the footage sent from the city and determined that it wasn’t even my house. His expertise allow me to go to the city with full confidence and have the issue resolved. All he charged me for was for the snaking and his creditable was essential in this process. Thank you Vince

Bill and team took on our project of moving our laundry room from the basement up to the 2nd story and into our master bedrooms closet. Can't say enough good things about his work. He is very knowledgable, takes his time for accuracy, cleans worksite up when complete, good communicator, trustworthy, friendly, cares for your project like its his own. Would easily hire him again. Actually getting 2 more quotes for future projects. You wont regret using Bill Helmken plumbing.

When the water company came knocking on our door to alert us of a leak within our service line we immediately contacted Brian with Diesel Plumbing. He provided clear instruction on what we needed to do. We contacted the leak detection company and alerted Brian to when our appointment was scheduled. Shortly after the leak detection company came and completed their assessment Brian arrived and evaluated the situation, he put a plan in place and was back with his machines first thing Monday morning! It was a messy job but Brian and his team got the job done within hours and got us back on the up and up with the water company! We highly recommend Brian for any of your plumbing needs! I completed a short notice contact through Angie’s List. Which lead me in contact with this plumbing co. I received an
assessment appointment the following day. And, was able to have the rusted rutted pipe replaced in both places that same day! Jeff was so professional courteous and respectful of the kitchen area. They may or may not do good work. Personally I have never used them, will never, or refer them to anyone since they don't know how to clean up after themselves and take their garbage with them. I am a contractor & every place I go into that this company was in before me their garbage or specifically the old hot water tank is left behind for someone else to remove. That is completely unprofessional & lazy. Learn to take your trash!
