Best Backflow Prevention in Pittsburgh PA

I had a leak on a hot water pipe near the hot water heater(that I installed). It was a bad soldering job(my soldering job) in a tight spot near the floor joists and some furnace ducting. I did not trust my ability to sweat the pipes in such a tight space so I called Chris at All-Pro Pittsburgh Backflow. Chris showed up right on time. In about 30 minutes, Chris untangled my mess of copper and re-plumbed my hot water heater. I like to do my own repairs, but sometimes you just have to call the professionals. It looks great too! This company is legit. They had to deal with my insurance company and the difficulties that brings (trouble getting a hold of someone, misinformation, etc) and they were still able to replace our water heater under 24hrs of them getting the call. If it wasn't for the insurance company involved they probably could have done it quicker. Highly recommend!

Vince is very reliable and as many others have said, really knows his stuff and what he's talking about. He's great at communicating when setting up an appointment and won't ghost you. He took care of resetting a toilet and installing a kitchen faucet for us. We highly recommend his services and will definitely be repeat customers.

I had to pay in advance. They did not fix the problem. Said they would call to set up coming back, bit never called. It turned out to be such a simple reason for my clog that I fixed it myself with a sink plunger!

I sent a message about a gasline check through their website and received a call back within a few hours. They were considerate of my concern and schedule and set a tentative appointment for the next day. They called me the next morning and were at my house before lunchtime. They checked the integrity of my gaslines and quickly repaired a small valve leak. I pressed them about the condition of the very old lines, and I was very impressed that they did not try to oversell services. They were extremely professional and polite. The service charge was very low as well, and they didn't charge an emergency service fee, even though they came out so quickly.

We had a heat pump installed, the first cooling system our 50s house ever had. The install was quick, even with taking time to answer any remaining questions and to properly greet both toddler and cat - professional without being stand-offish. The consult was great, too, and we appreciated that they took the time to argue for the least expensive option just as fervently as for the more profitable ones.

Really nice group. I've used them for years, and they have always been reliable and helpful with large and small projects ranging from a new faucet or toilet install to much bigger drainage work that involved digging up the concrete in the basement. A terrific group, highly recommended!

This most recent go, I had a leak in old copper piping that had flooded out the ceiling in the floor below it. I did the old duct tape patch job to mitigate the spread, then immediately called Taggart (it was late afternoon). They had availability early the next day, and I was provided extremely useful information, suggested outcomes, current and future state suggestions, to boot. The work took maybe 2 hours, and the original leak, plus a leak I originally didn't know about were replaced cleanly, with PEX.
