This is my first experience replacing a water heater. It was a quick and easy process and Don, the technician, was courteous and efficient.

Our toilet was improperly installed when we did some renovations and started leaking several months later. Once we noticed the leak, Centurion came out the next day to take a look and quickly determined there was no wax ring under the toilet. They did a great job with the repair and even shaved down the bolts holding the toilet to the floor so the caps finally fit correctly. Small detail, but made my day.
