Kudos to Wyman Plumbing and especially Anthony for a job well done! I called this morning and left a message before business hours and then set an appointment online. Within 10 minutes my appointment was confirmed for later this afternoon. In fact, Wyman reached out to me within an hour and asked if they could move it up sooner than the time I had selected so that, if parts were needed beyond what they usually carry, there would be time to obtain them and get the job done today! Additionally, our service rep Anthony arrived early and did in fact have to leave to obtain the needed component. Anthony kept us up-to-date on everything he was doing and explained in detail those actions to my husband. Anthony was respectful and efficient and clearly possesses exemplary knowledge & skills in plumbing. We as so grateful to him and Wyman for providing such a timely repair and exceptional customer service. Than k you!

We had a tricky problem with our storm drains and Cody was a creative problem solver. He cleaned out the lines and figured out how to make them more accessible for cleaning while keeping costs down. Thanks!

Wish I could give zero stars! Absolutely the worst company. We had to use them through our home warranty to work on our tankless water heater. Ken, the technician they sent out, was clueless and completely incompetent. We had to wait almost 2 weeks for sensors to come in only to find out that it was actually the heating elements that needed replacing. We were told we’d have to wait an additional 10 days for those to come in or we could order and install them ourselves as they’d be here in a day or two if we order. We opted for ordering and paying for them ourselves as we had no hot water and couldn’t wait the additional 10 days. Once the elements were installed, we had to call them back out because it still wasn’t working. We were told that a fuse blew and were again advised that we needed to get the part ourselves and install because he couldn’t be running around town to get parts and had other appointments. We ended up buying all the parts and installing ourselves. Pruitts Plumbing and their technician were completely worthless.
