Best Spot Repair in Phoenix AZ

I called Zippity Split at the last minute to see if I could get an inspection on a sewer line repair with a liner after noticing fractures in the sewer line going under the Bldg while repairs were being done on the line on the outside of the Bldg. To my surprise they had someone to send over the same day within an hour or so. Brandon came over did a camera inspection, explained everything we were seeing, identified the cracks & problems right away, and gave me a quote. He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. I'm very pleased with their response and professionalism. My next step now is to have Zippity do the repairs.

I always call these guys first thing whenever there's a plumbing problem! I work with children, so it happens a lot! I've used my fair share of plumbers and this company is the best, hands down! Highly recommended!

They came out to replace a cartridge on my shower. They were a vendor for my warranty company. They replaced the cartridge and when they left the shower was still leaking. They returned and said the valve needed to be replaced because of rust and corrosion. They wanted to charge me another $350, after $250 had been paid for the cartridge. This sounded strange so I called another plumber. He stated that the original tech used pliers to remove the old cartridge and broke the valve in doing so. Since companies compete I called a third plumber for an estimate and he came out today and said the exact same thing! When I let Amigo know they still told me it was broken because of rust and corrosion! They refuse to admit their tech broke it and are thieves who will break things and charge you for it!!

I had a clog in my mainline and had Mr. router come out charge me $250 to clear it told me that along with the clearing somebody would come out put a camera down my way in line and check for cracks or any damage, that never happened I was never even given a copy of my invoice. This is the kind of service I would expect from a mom and pop place but not a corporate professional place like this I’m very unsatisfied and feel like I overpaid. Don’t use these guys
