My water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. They were able to send someone out the same day to replace it. Don was the installer. He was very friendly and professional and was able to meet my budget needs. I would definitely recommend Benjamin Franklin!

Man I’d give 6 stars if I could. Where to begin! At first their quote was a little steep understandably as my leak fix was tricky. I was between them and someone else but their office staff called me worked out a deal I couldn’t refuse. Fernando took his time and was as professional and accurate as they come. He even let me watch the process and answered any questions I had. They are lucky to have Fernando, I’ll definitely be coming back because of him when I have another plumbing problem!
