Water heater started leaking on 5/17/18. They set up an appointment for the next morning (5/18/18). Don called during the scheduled time and said he was a few minutes away, right on time. He had everything he needed to do the installation and I have an older house. You could tell Don had been doing water heaters for a long time. Work was done and the new installation looks great compared to my 15 year old unit. Price was what they estimated and did a quality job
