Best Slow Draining in Phoenix AZ

Firstly, this review is for Landmark Home Service, not Pruitts plumbing.

I cannot say more bad than good but it certainly could have been better. So far, I have attempted to find the BEST of THE BEST, as of today I have NOT. They all appear to be just in it for the money. My current one LANDMARK claims to beat out all the competition, to me they fall into the average slot. I was told by the agent at LANDMARK upon asking for help that my 30 gal water heater can only be replaced with the same size 30 gal,

so answer me this, the service tech told me they do not make 30 gal water heaters anymore. So, even tho my contract states the following;

4. PLUMBING SYSTEM

COVERED: Gas or electric water heaters up to 70 gallons (multiple units covered), including but not limited to failure caused by

sediment; tankless water heaters;

I'm a bit perplexed, I want a company that not just talks the talk but will walk the walk and stand behind every word in the contract not find little loop holes to crawl through. I pay on average nearly 700 dollars a year for this service and on top of that a 70.00 fee immediately for the service call.

So, don't you think when I placed my first call for help I'd receive a fast, and a somewhat empathetic Landmark agent not one telling me that I might get charged another 70 dollar service call because the plumber needs to return to my home because the problem was not fixed right in the first place? Isn't there any company out there that stands upright doing the right thing??

Lets do better it's not that hard.

Superb company. They are very professional and knowledgeable. I could have spent tens of thousands of dollars to have my sewer line rerouted due to cracks, but they gave me a much lower quote to line the sewer instead. What could have taken a week to complete, only took 2 days from start to finish, and they didn't have to tear up my yard to do it. Not to mention they are dog friendly (my dogs LOVED Christian).

On time and very personable. We will ask for Mason going forward.

After two other bids, Zippity Split was the best value, the most professional and the most responsive company. Our family had complete peace of mind from start to finish for our sewer repair and we love that we received before and after videos of the work that was done. If you have been told that all your pipes need to be replaced with your floors ripped thru and are given an astronomical estimate, do yourself a favor and call Zippity Split. You’ll save yourself time, money and a big headache.

So many great things to say about this company! From the moment I called with a water heater disaster, everyone was understanding and incredibly helpful. Worked quickly and into the evenings to get things taken care of immediately. Special kudos to Josh P. - he was helpful in explaining everything he found and his recommendations. He stayed in contact with me throughout the process, worked around my schedule, and followed up to make sure everything was working perfectly. While plumbing emergencies are not something I hope for in the future, I would have zero hesitation about calling Day & Night again! HIGHLY recommend.
