Hays Plumbing and Drain, and service technician, Ian were fantastic! After getting estimates from four other companies, I choose Hays because Ian came right over, gave a very competitive estimate, was beaming with confidence in getting the difficult job done, and promised fast service. When the time came for the two sewage ejection pumps to be installed, Ian came over early in the morning, replaced the old pumps with the two new ones, and made it work!

Javier Cruz with ACE Home Services is the best of the best! Not only is he knowledgeable about AC units but he made sure to explain things to me in a way that made sense. He was very friendly and professional. He performed services in a timely manner and made sure everything was running smoothly before he left.
