Best Replace AC in Phoenix AZ

Did not complete the job and repair requested -spent 3 hours fixing faucet valve that broke did not work after repairman left - tried to contact and would not guarantee or warranty the work that had been done would not recommend this company

Kevin was super knowledgeable and efficient! I completely trust Kevin with Ben Franklin with my home’s plumbing needs. He was coming from a distance in traffic and he arrived friendly and listened carefully to our problem and knew exactly what to do. My drains work again and my kids can take a bath!All companies and plumbers should take notes from Kevin with Ben Franklin on customer service and fixing plumbing needs. They didn't call to tell us that the plumber drove by saw it was a manufactured home and they didn't tell is that they don't do that so now I'm almost a week without gas

She was very honest and did not try to upsell and gave recommendations for upkeep and any potential issues that could possibly arise. Bo has been our main link to Ace Home Services since he serviced our very outdated air conditioner last Friday in Chandler, AZ.We decided to go ahead with a new complete install due to the age and condition of our system and Bo spent a good deal of time with us to ensure we have the proper system and he even came by and cleaned out duct work and balanced our new AC to ensure we had the proper airflo.Bo stayed until the installers left to ensure the home was left as it was when they arrived. He has since followed up twice to answer any questions as has a colleague of his from the office.Great service, I strongly recommend Bo and Ace Home Services.
