Best Regular Maintenance Program in Phoenix AZ

I don't usually write reviews, but my experience with WHO deserves one. I'm a Realtor that needed to replace a water heater at a property I'm selling. I was referred to them by another plumber...go figure. I spoke and dealt with Tom, a manager in Phoenix. He quoted a price over the phone based on photos I sent him, the price was honored without attempts to upsell, install was done on time when promised, and the entire process I handled over the phone went smoothly without a hiccup. Great service

Too many of these plumbing companies have outrageous bids for work you could do yourself if you made a little effort but I managed to get to a spot in doing myself that was a near disaster. They arrived within a couple of hours and were incredibly pleasant and quick and the price was actually reasonable! I booked them on the spot for a much bigger job! Plus, the reminder they send you when the tech is on his way will have you chuckling for days. So happy to have stumbled on them!
