Friendly phone operator, got an unclogging appointment fast and in the timeframe I needed. Plumber was nice and knowledgeable and got the job done fast and well.

My air conditioner was not cooling very well, so I called Penguin Air because of the good reviews. I moved into my new house in 2013 and never had my A/C serviced. My serviceman was Richard. He called 30 minutes before arriving and showed up on time. He was very polite, professional and explained everything in detail. The cost for servicing my A/C was around $980 - but I guess that's what you get for not servicing the A/C yearly. Richard did not try to pressure me into my decision - but I figured I would have to bite the bullet, if I wanted to keep the A/C running long term. I'm retired and on a fixed income - so trying to buy a new A/C is out of the question. He serviced, cleaned and replaced some parts and now the A/C is running great. I'm now a service plan and will have my unit serviced every 6 months - just to keep it running as long as possible. I would recommend Penguin Air to any of my friends and relatives.

Matt knows his stuff. I have used this company many times and will only use them. Honest, affordable and knowledgeable. He has replumbed my master bath shower, ran new copper in my back yard for multiple hose bibs, serviced my water heater and I could go on. If your looking for a reliable, affordable plumber who actually knows what he's doing this is the guy to call. Speaking of which my hose bib out front is leaking cause he hasn't worked on that one yet. Guess I gotta go make a call. Try them ! A quality plumber will be one less thing you will have to worry about.

Knowledgeable, professional and super friendly and responsive, they went above and beyond to respond to my water heater leak. From my first call to the end of the job, everyone I worked with was very friendly and happy to explain everything. They were transparent about the costs and there were no hidden surprise fees. . . everything was very cheap. Very happy with my experience and will definitely be a loyal customer :)

These guys were awesome. Talked to them on the phone several times and they tried everything with me on the phone to see if they didn't have to come out. It turned out they did because a part of the water heater was not funtioning well. They even encouraged me to shop around if I wasn't comfortable with the price. They got here exactly when they said they would and Mike was very courteous and explained everything really well. It's definitely not the cheapest around but well worth the price. Would highly recommend.

Robert repaired 4 things at different times: replaced outdoor spigot after I broke it. This was a rush job since the water was turned off. ; replaced toilet ring after the seal broke and helped clean up the leak mess; replaced copper piping and fixed valve for the swamp cooler; and repaired/replaced old lead pipe drain from bath upstairs. All of the repairs were done as quickly as possible and professionally. He is also a nice guy, polite, professional and will go above and beyond to get your plumbing back to working order. I will definitely use his services again and recommend Quick Fix to anyone .

BPDI is a great company to work with! The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to accommodate. The technician (Eric) was super efficient and worked with our schedule. Adrienne was very helpful in helping schedule our service and understanding what our needs were. Debbie and Kathy in the office are always pleasant and also helpful!
