We hired Parker and Son's to perform our annual maintenance on our Ecowater RO system, and Ecowater softener. I can't say enough good about this company, they were like a breath of fresh air compared to the prior company we used. The technician, Ezekiel, was professional, courteous, honest, and knowledgeable. He was a joy to have work in our home. The service fees and parts cost were less than the prior company, with no price gouging or high pressure sales. We will continue to use Parker and Son's for all of our future needs. Friend and I tried to fix a leaking pipe on his rental and got in a bind when we couldn’t get water out of the pipe to solder the pipe right. Jesse drove across town right away on a Saturday night and got the job done, and charged a reasonable price. Highly recommend

Our plumber was very helpful and sincere every step of the way. Our water heater failed on a Saturday and that same day he was able to diagnose the problem, replace the water heater, and direct us to the next steps we need to take. Duane was one of the best plumbers I’ve dealt with and we will most certainly use George Brazil for any future problems or needs in our house.

This is my 2nd experience with Penguin Air and I continue to be impressed. I have two AC units and one of them was not working. I put in a call to Penguin Air and was again impressed with how courteous they were over the phone. It was understandably an extended wait for service due to the busy summer months and I called to ask for an ETA due to other appointments. I half-expected a very curt or abrasive response from the lady on the phone but what I got was the epitome of courtesy. Upon the arrival of the technician, Jimmy Browne, I could tell that he was tired from previous customers but he did not let that diminish his customer service. I explained my problem and Jimmy sprang into action. I chatted with him while he worked and found him to be a great conversationalist and an overall good man. What really earned this 5 star review was something Jimmy had that is in short supply these days. Integrity. While checking my 2nd unit (the undamaged one) to make it a thorough service call, he accidentally broke a piece of the unit. He could have simply told me the part was worn and needed to be replaced along with charging me for it. Im dumb and wouldnt have known better. Instead, Jimmy laughed and owned the accident. He didnt charge me for the part he broke. Again, I wouldnt have known any better.Thank you Penguin Air for employing men of integrity like Jimmy Browne.
