I'm doing this for my elderly mother who doesn't have internet. Replacement for a leaky W.H. just this last week. I just looked at it. Very neat & clean installation. New shut off ball valve is easy for my mother. New flex lines tidily installed. Her only complaint is some leftover air in the pipes. I little pricey for a 50 gallon electric. The tech was very professional and helpful. He also gave me good and clear advice on my water heater which was unrelated to the problem he repaired. My only concern was the cost was a more than I was expecting.
