The friendly and knowledgeable staff at Springs Plumbing made me feel comfortable and at ease during my recent repiping project. Their attention to detail and high-quality workmanship exceeded my expectations.

After sending 3 technicians to service our water heater, Pruitts installed a generic element in our water heater which still didn’t fix the problem we called about (no hot water) and it made the situation worse, it turned our water yellow. When we brought this all up to them they then said “oh sorry your home warranty won’t cover this because you have a commercial water heater not a residential.” So they were happy to come 3x and only after they couldn’t fix the problem and actually made the situation worse did they tell us they can’t help us and our warranty won’t cover it.

Wouldn’t recommend this company.

My experience was better than my expectations. When I called, they sent out someone who was awesome and he got the job done for the 59 dollars that was quoted.
