The service man Chris was very professional and really fun to talk with. He explained what and more importantly the why of every step he was taking to replace the water heater. Highly recommend these guys for any service.

I hate being ignorant about these things, so I asked him to explain the steps and what's going on. I really appreciated how thorough he was in explaining the reasons for, and what happens at each step during the draining process. He'd be a good teacher, and he gave me confidence that he both knew and cared about what he was doing.
