Very direct no hassle pricing and super fast installation. I got a split system with a two stage motor less expensive and more quickly than I was quoted for a single stage system. Mike Horsley had all the specs on my house prior to getting here and the team that came over the next day to install were super fast. I had 3 other estimates in the same day and Patrick Riley’s team got the win. I have been in the retail sector for 27 years and when quality people, have the availability to deliver quality products when needed, that is the definition of service to me.

I had an outstanding experience with Donley. We had both of our water heaters corrode and leak within 4 months of each other. We had inherited these water heaters from previous owners. We called Donley both times and they replaced both heaters at no charge because they were still under warranty. In fact, with the second heater the manufacturer resisted honoring the warranty, but Donley pushed back on our behalf and then further absorbed some of the labor costs because they thought the warranty had to be honored in full!
