Best Install Mini Split in Phoenix AZ

3 months ago was told by Isley's a steeper motor for my Heat pump would take an unknown amount of time due to backorders. 3 months had gone by, didn't hear back from Isley's on the backorder. Reached out to Isley's to get status, found out Rileys bought them out. A new tech was sent out, also noticed I needed a stepper motor. They were able to get one next day. While I am not happy with the fact that I was told a motor was on back order 3 months ago from Isley's when after doing some digging was actually available next day via Amazon, I do appreciate Riley's getting my Heat Pump back up next day after sending someone out.

Thanks Scott for the quick response and saving the day!! AC going out in Phoenix in the middle of summer is not FUN!!! Worried about the cost of replacing our AC, Scott was able to quickly repair our unit and we did not need to replace it!! He'll be on speed dial now!

JUAN PACHECO came to service my thermostat a very personable man we tried and tried to set it. he installed another one needless to say the same problem was there. But then it was resolved I would recommend him to service my heat pump. Ace Home Services has up standing workers.
