They work only when they feel like it
which is almost half of the time
They do get over time paid just to be talking waiting for hrs pass by while they know better each other ..and work less than 40 hrs a week. the guys do the job for foremen side chick. So she doesn’t have to do the hard work . Yeah come work here they will pay you $14 an hr.
