It started off with Jeff coming to my home to do the initial inspection, design the new system and ultimately providing a quote. The quote came in quite a bit cheaper than another competitor, so combined with Jeff's positivity, professionalism and technical know-how, I signed the agreement.The system was scheduled for installation 2 days form signing the estimate; Talk about fast! Caleb and Brian were the techs that came out to do the install. Caleb called me to give a heads up that they were on the way and arrived right on time!It was quite a difficult job, but Caleb and Brian persevered and after a 10 hour day left my home with a fully functioning system! I was very impressed by their professionalism throughout the process.Overall, Penguin Air did great work and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others or bring them back out to my home for any service or additional needs in the future! Great job.

My heat was not working and they have come out twice and it still doesn’t work. I’m now having to call again to request my heat be fixed correctly. This is unacceptable! I’m very disappointed in the service I’ve received.
